Zach is the sole owner of ZC Home Inspections. Zach has been a licensed home inspector for over 5 years, building a strong reputation in Central Illinois. Zach’s 15 years in the construction industry gives him the experience you are looking for in a home inspector. 

Generations of experience…

Zach gained lots of knowledge in the construction industry initially from his grandfather who was a skilled masonry contractor, plastering and carpentry. Zach then worked alongside his father as he stepped out and started his own construction business in the late 1980’s when he took ownership of Clement’s Construction. With generations of experience and knowledge Zach became interested in the inspection industry and enrolled in the Americans Home Inspector Training (AHIT).

With his industry expertise and training, Zach became passionate about quality worksmanship and home safety. He started ZC Inspections in order to ensure his clients received thorough inspection reports and a peace of mind when making such a major purchase.
